result-driven Personal Training session tailored specifically to your goals.

GROUP SESSIONS

TUESDAY | 7 -8 PM

An intermediate to an advanced class that varies in format each week but always includes a mix of strength and cardiovascular conditioning.

 

 A wide range of equipment including barbells and free weights is available, so if you’d like to up your lifting technique and repertoire then this is the one for you.

THURSDAY | 7 -8 PM

(ONLY OFFERED SEASONALLY)

1-hour bodyweight high-intensity interval training class designed not only to improve your cardiovascular fitness but also strength and muscular endurance.

No matter your fitness levels or experience you will work hard.

SPORT GROUP SESSIONS

A Sports specific Strength and Conditioning Session for individuals, small groups, teams and clubs.

Using movement analysis sessions will be tailored not only to the movement needs and biomechanics of your sport but also, to the goals you would like to achieve. Currently working with an ongoing wide variety of athletes and teams range from professional to social.
