GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS

7.30 - 8.30 PM

An intermediate to an advanced class that varies in format each week but always includes a mix of strength and cardiovascular conditioning.

​

 A wide range of equipment including barbells and free weights is available, so if you’d like to up your lifting technique and repertoire then this is the one for you.

SPORT TEAM SESSIONS

A Sports specific Strength and Conditioning Session for individuals, small groups, teams and clubs.

Using movement analysis sessions will be tailored not only to the movement needs and biomechanics of your sport but also, to the goals you would like to achieve. Currently working with an ongoing wide variety of athletes and teams ranging from professional to social.

Pre & Post Natal Services

Supporting you to Stay Fit, Strong and Healthy during both your Pre and Post-Natal Phases.​ This time can be really exciting but also filled with uncertainty so let me take care of you and take the fear out of exercise. Level 3 Qualified in Personal Training and Level 3 Qualified in Pre and Post-Natal Exercise and Nutrition.
